It has been confirmed that Kristen is slated to attend the annual Spike Scream Awards, where she has been nominated as Best Fantasy Actress, along with other Eclipse nominations, on October 19th!

Even Kristen Stewart, favorite prey of vampires everywhere, will make an appearance on the event’s red carpet.

Stephenie Meyer has revealed plans to release The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide.

The book – due for release next year – has been described as “the definitive encyclopedic reference” to the vampire franchise.

The first Twilight novel was released in 2005 and went on to spawn a further three books, a novella and a series of blockbuster movies starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.

“I’m always amazed at how many in-depth questions my readers have about my characters and the world within the Twilight Saga,” said Meyer.

“With [this], I hoped we could incorporate as many details as possible, including character histories, like Alice’s back story.”

She added: “I’m thrilled with the different artistic interpretations done by Young Kim and the other talented illustrators, including Bella’s wedding dress. I hope the fans feel it was worth the wait!”

A press release has teased that fans can expect the full-colour guide to contain “exclusive new material” including “character profiles, outtakes, a conversation with Meyer, genealogical charts, maps, extensive cross-references, and much more”.

The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide will be released by Little, Brown Books on April 12, 2011.

Kristen has a new project in the works! USA Today has recently announced that Kristen will star in a new film entitled, On The Road.

Looks as if Kristen Stewart is going On the Road. And not just because she is doing publicity for the latest Twilight film, Eclipse, opening June 30.

As she told USA TODAY’s Susan Wloszczyna today while in Chicago for an Oprah taping, “I am very much attached to a movie that has been trying to get made forever. Not that this is going to help it, but maybe I can just brag a little bit. I am super excited about it, too. I am about to play Marylou in On the Road. So that’s a big deal.”

Filmmakers including Francis Ford Coppola and Gus Van Sant have struggled for years to bring Jack Kerouac’s classic 1957 tale of disaffected members of the Beat Generation to the big screen. Tron: Legacy’s Garrett Hedland will play the confused drifter Dean Moriarity with Stewart as his young wife and British actor Sam Riley (Control) as his traveling pal, Sal. Brazilian director Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries) will direct. Filming is expected to start this summer.

Also, according to The Hollywood Reporter, filming will start in August!

Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund are walking the line for Walter Salles’ long-anticipated big-screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s “On the Road.”

Shooting is set to begin in August on the $25 million production, backers said Thursday.

It has been recently announced by HitFlix that Breaking Dawn, the fourth installment of “The Twilight Saga” will be released nationwide on November 18, 2011!

A Summit Entertainment spokesperson has confirmed to HitFix that “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” will open nationwide on Nov. 18, 2011. It’s still officially unknown if “Dawn” will be broken up into one or, as rumored, two films. Stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are all expected to return.

The official Twilight twitter recently posted that the final Eclipse trailer will be aired on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Friday, April 23!

“Next Friday 4/23, watch Oprah for the exclusive debut of the FINAL #EclipseTrailer!”
